Brakes
Purchased a 2020 a 1.5 GRANDLAND X and my brakes are noisy, on checking at the garage they informed me that the discs front and back have a great deal of wear and should be replaced the vehicle has done only 10,000 miles from new they then informed me i am not using my car enough i took the car to another garage who told me this is a fault with vauxhall grandland brakes and not the limited mileage. Is there any truth to this

You could try asking the Vauxhall Garage to ask for a contribution for replacement but as its a wear and tear item sometimes they wont help at all.
It does seem very low mileage for them to need replacing though.
I would ask them to provide the thickness on the pads etc as this will show if they have worn right down.
Before you bought it did they do VHC or service? If so this will show how much was left on the pads and any wear therefore if they needed replacing why didnt they do it before they sold it to you.
