Battery change

As my start/stop wasn’t working bought a new battery. My car 2018 1.2 sport Nav has 2 components up next to the battery. One to the front one to the left. The left has 2 threaded pins that hold the battery strap. It appears the components have to be removed to allow room to get the battery out. How are these components removed.. I grabbed the one thinking it was a push fit, but it wouldn’t budge. Any tutorials please.
