Wet belt issue only affects the 1.2 petrol engines

Petrol engines are only the Wet Belt type

Diesel are chain, and these also have an issue with that, older engines have a 7mm chain which is problematic and newer ones have an 8mm better chain.

All above engines shared between Citroen/Peugeot/Opel/Vauxhall models

Only the 1.2 petrol uses a wetbelt. 1.6 petrol doesn't use a wetbelt.

Weird cabin pressure increase when driving 30mph and under - doesn’t occur every run out but when it does its uncomfortable enough to get the kids whining - dropping windows a touch rids the problem but we find this both weird and annoying.
68 plate 1.2 petrol Elite Nav - managing pretty fine without the reverse camera :o but loving the sensors :geek:

Grandland X Elite, 2019, 1.2 AUTO 8 speed.

Personally, my auto gearbox doesn't feel very smooth within gears 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, they are a bit bouncy feeling and 50mpg is a total joke, in town, I'm like 20-29mpg and highway 30-40mpg.
I also do dislike the software, like always I wish there were more optional settings like auto-apply road sign recognition, Full mini-map display on the instrument cluster ect ect.

Otherwise, though compared to you I actually love my cooled seats, but do note they are 'Ventilated Seats', they are NOT technically 'Cooled' and definitely not very luxurious 'A/C Air-Conned' seats, they only blow/suck air around your back to help keep airflow and eventually help keep your back less sweaty, This is a mental hot take but I wouldn't even trade them for 100 more HP I like them that much, but also personally I just don't need more power, everyone who has been in my car couldn't really believe it was just a 1.2 Turbo driving it.

The outside temperature is almost impossible to read as it does not appear to be illuminated. Is this intentional.....or a fault?

Earlier software versions made the time and outside temperature appear dim on the screen but later updates have changed them to be more visible

Not being able to listen to the radio without the engine running, i have to spend a lot of time waiting in hospital car parks.just this little thing would prevent me from buying another vauxhall Grandland with eco mode.
