problem with the heater/blowers in the car

hi everyone i have just bought a 2018 diesel se and have just gone out in the car in the rain and when i put the blowers on and set it to the top dash vents for the screen there does not seem to be any air coming out of the screen vents but when i open the center vents air comes out of them the screen says that the vents are on for the screen does any one have any ideas thanks
