Open / Close window with key fob

Hi,
Is it normal to be able to close the windows with the key fob but not be able to open them, with the same fob?
Is there a secret here?

That's normal. Unfortunately you can not open windows with the remote, only close them.

I have had 2 Grandlands 1st one (2020 model) and new one. The global opening window system worked on my 1st Grandland but its not a feature on the new versions 2024. Which was really useful as it would dissipate heat from the car before getting in. Hopefully they will re introduce it in the future. PSA still pay a licence fee to GM for the cars rights, maybe this was an extra charge to keep it.

Mines a 2020 and only closes with the remote not opens.

True, now you can only close the windows. You can't understand it!
