Not locking without the fob

I've had a quick search and haven't been able to find anything on this, so I apologize if I've missed it. I have a 2023 grandland 1.2 turbo petrol. It doesn't lock whenever I leave the vehicle. For example if I leave it outside my house or in a shop. Every car i've had before has always locked itself after a short time or if I walked away. I've tried to look on you tube and read different forums but instead of helping me it's cooked my brain. Any help or ideas please?

Hi Astell sadly it does not lock itself and there is no way to do this.
