Auto gearbox issues

Hi all

I have a 2018 grandland x 2.0 automatic, when driving there seems to be a kind of grating/vibration coming from the gearstick area( not a constant noise) but can get louder as the engine/gearbox speed increases.
Also when reversing up a slight incline if I ease off the accelerator at low speed the car sometimes rolls forward, as if freewheeling then it seems to jolt back into reverse and shoot backwards. The same can happen when going forward.
Has anybody had these symptoms on any of their autos.
