Dipped headlights blinding

I have a 23 plate Ultimate Grandland. Dipped headlights are blinding other drivers to the point that I get flashed constantly thinking I have my headlights on. I have tried toggling the adaptive headlights on and off, nothing changes. They are too high, there is no way I can see of dipping them lower? Does anyone know? Handbook says the led lights should detect and not dazzle other drivers but Im not seeing this at all. There is no dial to allow a manual lowering of the dipped headlights as you would get on older cars.

Its beginning to get stressful driving on country roads as im getting constantly flashed by other drivers thinking I have my headlights on when I dont!
