Hey everyone new to the forum, I previously had a 1.5 Grandland X Elite after nearly four years I just upgraded to a 2ltr Grandland X Ultimate.

Sadly have a few issues which I guess is why the previous owner got rid of it. Might need to pick some brains if anyone dont mind

Hopefully yeah it seems the washer jets arent that great can hear the pump kicking in but just dont seem to spray that well at all its terrible.
Also for some reason I cant get the tom tom and live traffic or speed camera add on through Vauxhall connect like I did with my old grandland x I just get a message saying vehicle is not eligible for any of our connected services.

Sound like the jets may be blocked or angled wrong as mine are good.
Hvae you checked the Bluetooth Tethering option on your phone in settings? for the speed cameras etc

Yeah I looked at the jets and seem to be clear as I went in with a needle, with angles well tbh it dont feel like they move.

Yeah so I am able to give the car internet through tethering, but on there site I get this.

Yet there is no services I can subscribe to, vauxhall was no help and just copied the message the screenshot says

It sound like you might be best to contact the Vauxhall CEO office as they could speak to technical on your behalf and hopefully resolve the issue.
