I see there’s another new update. What does this touch screen update bring to the table?

Just installed 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0.
Had a play and can't see anything different.
Now got to try and successfully download the newest 16 map, keep getting a can't read file error when it goes to move it to the stick.
edit: Looks like it is going OK this time. Decided to download to my main SSD instead of the secondary HDD. Touchscreen update worked OK to the secondary drive though.
Now have to find a nice long drive to go on to install it, had map 15 on a drive but never installed it.
Who decided that the radio etc wouldn't work whilst doing the updates. Ford took a similar amount of time but at least the radio and nav still worked until the final few minutes. My biggest complaint about this car - absolutely appalling non intuitive user unfriendly software.

Would be great if Vauxhall gave us a synopsis of what the updates do, so we can make a decision to install. Too much hard work to do that though isn’t it. 🙄

The final handbook recommends only storing the countries you need in the Satnav pity the latest Windows so from opel/PSA /vauxhall doesn't select countries first so you must download 19gig of mostly irrelevant data. If you don't have Gig or above broadband forget it or use Google maps/waze

Any help gratefully received…

I’ve read through these 23 pages of posts - but I’m still struggling!

Using my 3rd new memory stick (64gb)

Keep getting No Media and Version Not compatible with hardware.

I can clearly see content on the stick
- 2 folders, one is license the other SWL

You talk about unzipping files , but I can’t see any to unzip?
What is the Peugeot site \link that is referenced?

They got onto the USB stick via the Opel programme

Am I missing a trick somewhere? I’ve lost hours of my life trying to sort this out…

I’ve added error messages and also the updates the My Vauxhall app has identified.

No one told me I needed to be an IT genius to own and maintain a Grandland X !!

It’s 70 plate Grandland X 1.2

Did you get one? As I think this is the issue I’m having as it says firmware incompatible but I don’t know where else to get it from?
