Kwik fit now accepting full responsibility. The hub thread is not damaged. They are cleaning it out as it wasn't sitting correctly some ight corrosion has set in. They have replaced the bolt with the correct one and currently rotating the tyre around.

Oh and an apology to boot.
Grandland X Elite Nav White Jade. Panoramic roof and mudflaps, Nextbase 412 dashcam and an aftermarket reverse camera thats all it needs. :)

After they correct their mistake, make sure you have it checked by someone to make sure they haven't fu***d up yet again. Happy for you that you've managed to sort it tho. :)

Its good to hear they are correcting the problem and hopefully you can get it to pass the mot with no issues now.

All sorted now, passed the retest.
