Yep, 2mm pilot hole and then 10mm-15mm long self tapping screws will be fine, I already had some black ones in my screw box so used those. I would have thought shipping with slef tapping screwa would be cheaper and easier than pot rivets? Maybe it is so you get it done at the dealer...

Ok, great thanks again. I'll pick those self tappers up and get them on at the weekend.Cyberbob wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 1:53 pmYep, 2mm pilot hole and then 10mm-15mm long self tapping screws will be fine, I already had some black ones in my screw box so used those. Yh really good. I have just reapplied it to my car as it was just starting to fade in some areas.j11sty wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 9:12 amHiGRANDLANDX68 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 5:00 pm I am looking at getting them just waiting for them to come up on Ebay cheaper than the dealership. I have recently applied the Gtechniq C4 Permanent Trim Restorer which is supposed to keep the trim black for up to 2 years only time will tell.
How did the Gtechniq C4 Permanent Trim Restorer fair on the plastic trim on your Grandland? Any pics? Did it wear well and protect?
Thanks
