Centre Console USB No Power

hi i hope someone can help me i purchased a 2019 grandland x and have found upon removing the usb socket it has the microusb cable but no power is this something that runs from the head unit or does it have a separate loom i noticed that on the drivers side it has two plugs one has nothing plugged into it could this be my issue any help would be great thanks for reading.
