Mirror Adaptation in reverse

Recently bought my grandland x sport nav 1.2t a week ago and up until today both wing mirrors tilted when vehicle put in reverse now for whatever reason only passenger side mirror is now doing it and driver side just doesn’t move, even manually setting the drivers side mirror not in reverse still won’t move up or down only side to side? Anyone encountered this problem or advise what to do. Thank you

It sounds like it might just be stuck.
Have you tried gently pushing the mirror out and then back in?
One other option maybe to take the battery connection off for a small period of time and then reconnect but leave for a short period one connected so the computer systems can reconnect.
