Leather seats on 1.2 Elite Nav

I have some good news about the cracking on the leather seat. After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing with the dealership I got in touch with Vauxhall Customer Care. Customer Care got in touch with the dealership (who initially denied all knowledge of the fault) and through a series of telephone calls between Customer Care and myself and between Customer Care and the dealership, it was agreed that the leather covering on the seat squab would be replaced under warranty. This was done on 28th November 2023. Success!!! Vauxhall Customer care could not have been more helpful and it was a joy dealing with them. I am very pleased with the outcome. Also thanks to the dealership who eventually "joined the party" and made a good job of fitting the new covering. Plus a thank you to the Forum Members who contributed and offered advice. Merry Christmas to you all.
