Heated seats - upkeep and restoration of cloth?

Hi folks

My Grandland was fresh from the original launch time, but facing similar issues to many other cars with the heating pack to the drivers seat.

So the cloth black interior keeps going 'white' whenever I use the heated seats around where the elements are. The cause generally I understand is that at some point the driver might have had wet clothes on, used the heated seats and caused the issue through water/damp seeping through. Well I haven't had that scenario recently (but could have done lol) but its definitely beginning to annoy me having to refurb the seat from time to time.

I use the foam upholstery cleaner which is pretty successful at restoring the black cloth, but it just doesn't last that long.

Has anyone else had a more successful solution in a similar scenario that could resolve it for longer?
