Towbar Grandland x 2019

Hey I had a Towbar fitted to a company car 3 years ago and my lease is now up. Has anyone experience of how I can get this removed and resold? I own the Towbar, I don’t own the car and I don’t want the lease company to benefit! It’s a Grandland x 2019

I am afraid that it is a rear bumper off job. Not an easy job due to all the hidden screws and clips, and rear lights.
The tow bars bolts are easy to get at after the bumper removal.
The wiring can also be difficult, having to remove trim from inside the boot.
