After a very disappointing result in last years Auto Express Driver Power results(Grandland 69th/Peugeot 3008 2nd) and we Grandland
owner’s couldn’t understand that result when the 2 vehicles were virtually the same, this year the tables have turned.
Grandland 7th/3008 50th.
Just goes to show that we were right all the time
Grandland is an extremely good vehicle
To quote Auto Express:”Strong scores, because almost everything about the Grandland x is liked”
“This mainstream mid-size SUV seems to be delivering a fair bit more satisfaction than many of it’s more premium rivals.
Also impressive is that there are no negative spikes in the scores with everything satisfactory at the very least”
90.85% rating
So there you are……

👍 Less tech to go wrong in Grandlands than the 3008.

I came from an Astra K 2 years ago to Grandland
Never looked back
Done 16000 trouble free miles
Had 2 services and a puncture
Best vehicle I have ever had
Good luck ordering your new Grandland

Cheers kitkat, loving the positivity, was just about to put my order through and playing about in the Vauxhall store and looks like they’ve already made a change from the 9th of July brochure spec. Quartz grey has been changed to Vulcan Grey, so waiting to see fully what those changes are, I spoke to a very helpful person on chat and they said they are looking at a 30th July spec sheet, which should be updated early next week. Just want to make sure exactly what I’m getting.

Does your Grandland have keyless entry and start? If so how, how you finding it?

No my Grandland does not have keyless entry and start
To be honest would rather have the “old fashioned way”using key in the ignition!

Thanks for GV, any issues with security? Do you use a faraday pouch or steering lock. Or is that being OTT? Hear about a lot of cars being taken from drives, maybe not Vauxhall’s though.
