Hi All,

I’m HS10 and like Kenny, I’ve also purchased a Grandland X sport nav 2018 1.2 turbo topaz blue with a black roof mileage 40,000.

Needed to top up the engine oil and every brand I checked online gave me a different oil viscosity.
Finding the recommence dexos1 gen2 was impossible.

My 1.2 Sport Nav 2019 has just been serviced by Pentagon and they used 0-20 oil. Hope this helps.

The cambelt is running in an oilbath. There have been some failures and Vauxhall have shown some goodwill towards customers outside of warranty.
I think it may be important to document your oil changes through an approved dealer to get the goodwill.

Thanks everyone, but that's the thing some of you had 0w-20, some sites tells to use 0w-30 and the manual says dexos1 gen2 viscosity 5w-30.

Thanks for the tip Moss5, I want to do a service now that I bought the car, so I will use a vauxhall approved dealer.
