I had this problem on our last Grandland X and had the blower motor repaired under warranty quite a common fault it seems. Noisy motor was the cause and replaced.

Just back from Tony levoy over Footwell heating pressure had the diagnosis and they found no problems and that is what it is. its a bad design, so have to put up with it. got in touch with customer care and they have others that have complained about it so won't be holding my breath for them to solve the problem

And tell them about it, they have had a lot of complaints about it

I had the same fault with my car. After I stripped the front end down to get at the motor under the screen it was 1 little dried leaf in its fins.
Once I removed it and tried my heaters they work 100% again with no noise or vibration. As for pressure problems check your cabin filters (there is 2 of them) they are a right pain to get too, that’s why mine had never been replaced and were blocked with crap also whoever had a look in the past pushed it back in and actually blocked the airflow out of the motor, once I replaced them both I have hot air now and have more than a mouse fart air flow.
Hope this helps
