I have the latest firmware. Just wondering if in regards to the sat nav.
Is that what the live nav is on connected services?

I have just found a new way of doing map and firmware updates and it worked first-time.
To update your navigation system, use the "Vauxhall Update" application.
This app prepares the USB key that you will need to use in your vehicle.
If you have previously downloaded the app, simply open it and start downloading the update.
If you have not yet downloaded the app, download it now via the URL below:
For Windows :

For MAC :
https://my.vauxhall.co.uk/downloads/map ... update.dmg
Make sure that the app is downloaded and saved directly on the hard drive of your computer
and not on an external drive connected by USB.
You must have administrator rights on the computer and a good internet connection.
You can also use the 'old method' where you have to download the file on your computer,
decompress it, save it on a USB key (minimum size of 16 GB) then install it via the touch screen
of your vehicle.

Before and after update MY20 Hybrid 4.

afraid the app wont let me download anything .I think it's because my Grandland is a MY19 build

My Vauxhall App has updated the Software of the Touch screen for Wave 2 cars. The File is called nac 21.08.87.32_nacr1.

Any idea what the new update 21 changes?

The Update for the Touchscreen normally is bug fixes or updates that are not normally visible.

Hi The latest version for Sat Nav is 20 .0.0r0

Where can I find that version? THe Vauxhall Update app tells me that 9.0.0r0 is the latest.
