Grandland Hybrid Telematics programming / No sound

I have a 2020 Grandland Hybrid Ultimate that had a poorly telematics unit. :roll:
The car had been waiting for a new unit to come into stock with Vauxhall for 9 months, with no sign of it arriving I purchased a used unit with identical part number.
My local Vauxhall have fitted it & cured all prior issues but cant get it programmed so it has no sound output from the amplifier.
Is there anyone UK based that can help with programming?

Managed to find someone to help out.
Magpie autos quickly sorted the issue & i'd highly recommend him for telematics / ECU problems
