Fuel Injector Control Module Fault

Hi, i have being driving round and recently an engine warning light pops up usually when i accelerate from 40-50mph to 70mph. Its only happens in the 2 of the same spots everytime and goes off on next start up. I used my cheap diagnostic tool and got a p0612 error code which is Fuel injector control module relay control. Has anyone experienced this.
