Heater not working

Hi, i have problem with my car 68 reg grandland x 1.2t. The heating stopped working. It sounds like somethings rubbing then stops.

Sounds like the blower motor has either ingested some debris and is sticking or the blower motor is faulty. Our first Grandland was a 68 plate and had to have a new blower motor under warranty after 18 months, only fault we had.
