Matrix lights not working after safety recall

I have a 2022 Ultimate which has matrix lights. It was serviced last month and had a safety recall on the lights so new software was uploaded. Since then the lights haven’t worked properly and are dazzling other road users. Has anyone else had the problem. The dealer can’t find anything wrong.
