Spare wheel fitted message displayed but no spare is fitted

Hi all

Just got a 2019 Grandland X. I started to drive today and a message came up saying “Spare Wheel fitted, driver aids disabled”. However no spare wheel is fitted, it’s just had a service & mot and all tyres are basically brand new. After then driving home, the warning lights that displayed went off and all was ok.

Any ideas??

I have never heard of this message come up on a Grandland X before.
It could be that it was getting used to the new wheels and as its not come back on again with no warning lights still showing I wouldnt worry about it too much.
