Hybrid X won’t enter electric only mode

Evening all, I joined the forum tonight in search of answers.

I recently got a 2020 plate hybrid X. Always, until recently turned the car in and it would drive in electric only mode.

Today, it hasn’t done that.

I’m awaiting my charger to be installed so drive it on both electric and engine so the car charges up through the esave feature.

I get no error messages, when I try to select electric mode, it changes back to whatever mode I was in before.

I did a large drive on the engine last week, around 120 miles.

Any ideas?

I have seen posts on this before and the usual fix is to change one of the 12v batteries. Not sure which one, sorry.
