Drink holders

Hi all,

Im looking at a 2018 Grandland X and noticed that the drink holders in the front are slightly different in size and won't hold 2 cans or bottles, ive noticed with the newer Grandland the design of them has changed, has anyone got the newer design and can tell me if they hold drinks better/bigger sizes etc please - pictures if possible.

I have the newer ones fitted to my car now as the original flat type were useless. I can fit 2 large greggs latte cups in but one slightly overlaps the other cup. Next time I get some drinks I’ll post a pic. Hth

Is there any chance of them falling out? I mainly drink coke and/or water. Can 2 drinks fit in the old type drink holder? Thanks.

Got my new 3D printer arriving next month and I intend to make a holder that uses the entire space more like this so two cups can be held properly at the same time. Will let you know how I get on in due course and if it’s a success then happy to print them for others with costs covered
