Hi
Remove the Black trim that surrounds the Buttons below the screen.
Pull off the silver effect trim be careful as you don't want to break it.
One you have done this you access to the screws to be able to remove the Nav Screen

That's a shame Vauxhall customer services are not always great it really depends on who you get. I would think about maybe emailing the feedback to the Vauxhall CEO office as this normally helps to get issues resolved.

Hey Mark.C since we last spoke and you got yours sorted after both of us chatting on here mine has still not worked. The Stop start worked a few times then stopped with the replacement battery which I still think was not the correct one. I am going to wait until the dealership near me get Vauxhall e...

Mine is coming up to three years old this year and I am going to keep it. I have looked around recently and for the same spec level I cant justify spending it on a new car

I would still try even out of warranty. We have done with our Vauxhall Meriva nearly 6 years old now and they have covered one part and paid 75% for another even if you get a small contribution towards getting them replaced it might be worth doing.
