Wet belts "should" last for at least 6 years when a car is serviced correctly. Not having the car serviced correctly can cause damage to the engine by having old oil running around it. If you think Vauxhall have let you down you can go to the ombudsman but I suspect they will side with Vau...

How old is the car? No manufacturer will honour a warranty (whether a special one for for things like the wetbelt issue or normal warranty) if it's never been serviced. Having old oil could have sped up the degradation of the wetbelt.

I love my Hybrid4. Mine didn't come with a 13a charging cable. You can set a charging schedule using the My Vauxhall app which also lets you set a schedule for the heating in the car so you can have it warmed up before you get to it in the morning

My app has never recorded journeys correctly. It seems to miss at least every other journey and the ones it does record has the start of finish place wrong.

That's normal. Unfortunately you can not open windows with the remote, only close them.

That looks to me like a pull tab to remove a screen protector
