Can't access MY Vauxhall

Every time I try to go onto MyVauxhall I get a message saying :- Request Header Fields Too Large and that's it . No problems with internet etc. Getting very frustrated. Any help most welcome. TIA

Hi, I kept getting the same message took it to the dealer and the car went in for "investigation". Twice it was supposed to be fixed but it happened again. I got the RAC out and they told me that it was a software problem and the software needed updating. I took the car back to the dealer ...

Had the RAC out and they said the battery is fully charged and ok. He saw all the faults that had "clocked up" and told me it is a software fault and to take it back to the garage. Took the car back to the garage who had it in for inspection. They called me after two and a half hours sayin...
