I had the coin box flap replaced under warranty in February 2020 due to the flap continually dropping down. The problem reoccurred in the last few months but Vauxhall dealer want to charge £100+ to replace as it is out of warranty. Has anyone else had this happen and if so should it be chargeable?

It was FOC (free of charge).

When I bought mine the Vauxhall website said they were 'easy to fit' but the front wheels need to be taken off to fit them so I did not think this was an easy fit.
