Ok, so Vauxhall called today, the Yellow map after update on the Grandland IS a known issue, TomTom live services may also stop apparently. all the updates I have done on mine YOU always need to leave the engine on, it doesn't harm the engine, but has to be done this way. The dealer will be doing the same but also charging you for the process and use your fuel too.

I have also heard from a VX insider at a Dealership that a 71 plate model 1.2 was also having its wet belt changed, symptoms and the cause of it were not said just that a new model vehicle was having it done.

Not been on any Peugeot website but no doubt these will all be the same tails of woe

To use the Android Auto on the car's screen you need a good Data cable, as most cheap ones are only charge cables and thus will not do anything with the AA. And no you do not need to disable BT on the phone

Glad it's not just me. I suddenly noticed my Vauxhall app has lost all its data, including details of my car! I tried reinstalling the app and logging in again but to no avail. I also tried re-entering my VIN but it just says invalid VIN! I've emailed Vauxhall support (for the app) but no response ...
