Sounds about right. Disappointing really, but not surprising.

Seems like this has been updated twice weekly for the last few months and yet it still doesn't work consistently... For me, anyway.

Does anyone actually rely on it?

It's NEVER worked for me. Atrocious excuse for an app. Hope you get it sorted though.

I've had our 21 plate Grandland for a few months now and cannot believe the level of road noise. Dealer says the doors are fine.

Hi. I've totally given up on trying to get the Vauxhall or Opel apps to download the SatNav software.

Someone mentioned they download the update directly from the TomTom website. Does anyone have the link, and can confirm it works?

I used the Vauxhall app to check for updates and had it send me the link to the actual files (without using the Vauxhall Update app). I then just copied the files and the license to a USB drive. Worked OK.

Well, whatever you do, don't use the Vauxhall / Opel update app. The download takes forever and then it can't transfer more than 10% of the file to the USB drive.

Download the zip file and manually copy the license key and the files across.
