If it has a heated windscreen you need to look closely at the screen and you will see very fine elements all down it, they are not obvious unless you look closely

Did as you said this morning and yes the volume has gone up now. Unless I was missing something in the manual? I could not find a way to turn it up,but anyway thanks for your help.

I have seen chrome trim to fit on the black trim on the lower part of the doors on e-bay. Does anyone have them on their car, and if so what do you think of them, and any pics would be appreciated.
