Hi folks,

My Hybrid4 Grandland X is in the garage as when I lock the car only the Drivers door and boot locked, the others you could just open. The fault is being fixed under warranty and so far Vauxhall have supplied 3 new modules but all have failed.

Car has now been in the garage for over 5 weeks and still no sign of when it will actually be fixed (they also won't provide a courtesy car as it's under an extended warranty - not the original one and the part is not on 'back order').

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Can't believe it's just my car...?

Well, car finally sorted after 2 months - specialist part sent from France and all good now. Have to say, brilliant service from Evans-Halshaw and appalling service from Vauxhall Customer 'Care'. There wasn't any - utterly terrible and depression & anxiety causing unhelpful incompetence. Problem is, they are unavoidable if there's an issue.
